Files documenting cases being considered for pardons/commutations and pardons extraordinary on August 26, 1992. Included are calendar sheets listing both cases to be reviewed and those omitted from review, a blank copy of the record of vote of each Pardon Board member (the Governor, Attorney General, and Chief Justice), copies of the board's procedural rules and pardon extraordinary information, and the Governor's pardon books. The latter include copies of each individual's application, with supporting documentation, and related correspondence and memorandum.
